What to Expect When You Arrive
Care at Hope Pointe is based on individual needs and focuses on safety, stabilization, and connection to ongoing support. We operate with a “no wrong door” approach meaning anyone can walk in at any time.

Triage
Every individual begins with triage. Upon arrival, our team completes an immediate assessment and provides intervention to address urgent mental health or substance use concerns. This helps determine the most appropriate level of care.

Temporary Observation
Some individuals benefit from short-term observation and support. Temporary Observation provides up to 24 hours of care in a calm, closely monitored environment. This time allows our team to reduce crisis symptoms, better understand immediate needs, and begin planning next steps.

Extended Observation
For those who need additional time and support, Extended Observation offers care for up to seven days. This level of care allows for continued stabilization, comprehensive evaluation, and around-the-clock support while connecting individuals to longer-term treatment and community resources.
